The Sunny Health & Fitness Lat Pull Down Attachment Pulley System is designed for use with our Power Rack models, including the SF-XF9925, SF-XF9931, SF-XF9933, and SF-XF920063. This attachment allows you to add additional workouts and switch up your routine on your power cages.
With a max weight capacity of 200 lb, the counterweight function adds versatility to your strength exercises. The non-slip row bar measures 39 inches, and the low pull lever is 20 inches. The product weighs 48.5 lb and features 3 safety hook latches to securely hold the bars when not in use.
The counterweight helps with curls and underarm upright rows, providing a comprehensive total upper body workout. You can adjust the resistance by using weight plates of any size to find the perfect strength workout for your goals.
Designed with safety and quality in mind, the Lat Pull Down Attachment is constructed using 2" x 2" carbon square pipe and chrome-plated guide rods. The high-strength nylon-coated cables and pulley ensure long-term high-performance usage.
