The Valor Fitness BD-2 Independent Bench Press Stands are a versatile and durable addition to any home or light commercial gym. Designed specifically for the bench press movement, these stands require the use of a flat or incline bench, as they are not compatible with the squatting function. Constructed with high-quality 12-gauge steel and a 2"x 2" solid frame, the BD-2 is built to handle weight loads up to 500 lbs, providing exceptional stability.
The BD-2 features a wide range of height adjustments, with the uprights ranging from a minimum of 33.75" to a maximum of 49.5" from the floor, offering 9 different adjustment heights. The safety bar catches also provide a wide range of adjustability, from a minimum of 21" to a maximum of 31" from the floor, with 12 different positions. These safety catches are equipped with a protective rubber strip to prevent damage to the bar during use.
Each upright includes a bar latch feature, which secures the bar to the upright while changing out the plates, ensuring user safety. Additionally, the BD-2 features two 1" standard plate storage pegs on each upright, providing added stability and support during your workouts.
