The Competition Bench Press Station is designed for multiple athletes training together, with a spotter platform elevated at 10" inches to facilitate effective and safe spotting. The adjustable safety bars, with a minimum height of 5.25" from the top of the pad to a maximum of 10.75", are there to stop the weight from dropping on your chest when you can't complete the rep. The J-hooks, with a 13.75" range of adjustment, can be placed as low as 12.25" from the top of the bench pad to as high as 26", allowing each athlete to find the right position to easily lift off and re-rack the bar.
