The bench's fully adjustable features include a 16" range of adjustment on the uprights, 9 different positions using a popper pin, and a back pad with 4 positions and easy bar adjustment. The seat also offers 5 positions with steel pin adjustment, allowing users to find their perfect fit.
For added safety, the BF-39 features J-hooks at the top of the adjustable uprights, which allow for secure racking and unracking of the barbell. A safety locking pin provides further security during plate changes or when the bench is not in use. Integrated safety bar catches on each side offer a safety net in case the user cannot complete a lift, positioned at 27" and 35" from the floor.
