ER KANG Lat Pulldown Machine for Home Gym

The moving pulley features four adjustable holes, each secured with a screw. This simple and quick operation allows you to change the length of the cable by adjusting the up and down position of the pulley.
To achieve a smoother upgrade without getting stuck during use, we have incorporated a traditional sliding sleeve method. This results in smaller sounds, easier movement, and less loss, keeping your home gym experience enjoyable for longer.
