The dual pulley systems offer 16 adjustable positions, allowing the user to perform a wide range of bilateral and unilateral muscle exercises. The double bar track provides stability and allows the plate-loaded system to glide smoothly along the tracks for perfect movements.
Included in the purchase are two single strap handles that can be adjusted to 5 positions. The cable machine can accommodate standard 1" plates, but it is commonly used with 2" Olympic plates and an EX-10 adapter (sold separately).
Additionally, the cable machine includes a bracket to create a single anchor point for attachments. The unit measures 80" tall and must be mounted to the wall. The ratio is approximately 1:1, with a max weight load of 200 lbs.
