One of our flagship products is the Valor Fitness Technique Bar, designed to help beginners and young athletes master the fundamentals of weightlifting. Weighing just 15 pounds with a 34,000 PSI tensile strength, this aluminum training barbell is the perfect starting point for developing proper technique.
The Technique Bar features sleeves with fine grooves to prevent plates from sliding during practice, and a standard knurling with dual knurl-free guide marks for a secure grip. At 28mm in diameter and 72 inches in length, it's an ideal tool for new weightlifters to hone their skills before transitioning to a heavier Olympic barbell.
To complement the Technique Bar, we offer Valor Fitness Styrofoam Training Bumper Plates. These lightweight, nylon-based padding plates allow the barbell to start off the ground at the same height as standard bumper plates, creating a realistic training environment for kids, students, and beginners.
