Weighing just 6.8 kg (15 lb.) with a 34,000 PSI tensile strength, this training barbell allows beginners to develop their skills in the most effective way possible. Featuring fine-grooved sleeves to prevent plates from sliding, and a standard knurling with dual knurl-free guide marks for a secure grip, the Technique Bar is 28 mm in diameter and 72" in total length, with 9" of loadable sleeve on each side. Its max load capacity is 100 lb., although it's recommended to transition to a standard Olympic barbell once reaching 60 lb. to preserve the bar's longevity.

To complement the Technique Bar, Valor Fitness offers Styrofoam Training Bumper Plates - a crucial tool for teaching proper weightlifting techniques safely and effectively. Weighing only 1/2 lb. each, these nylon-based foam plates allow the barbell to start at the same height as standard bumper plates, creating a realistic training environment for new athletes and children.
