If you're building the ultimate home gym, the Valor Fitness BD-41 Power Cage is an essential addition. This heavy-duty rack, constructed with 2.5" x 2.5", 12-gauge steel, offers strength, stability, and durability. With 43" between the uprights, you can easily slide in your favorite bench to perform a wide variety of exercises, such as squats, bench press, rack pulls, and pull-ups.
The BD-41 includes J-hooks made of high-quality steel with rugged plastic padding for shock absorption, allowing you to safely rack and protect your bar. The 27 variable positions for bar support, ranging from 16" to 67" with a vibrant numbering system, make it easy to adjust the J-hooks to your preferred position. The 1" diameter holes at each adjustment position also accommodate the safety bars, which protect you in the event the lift can't be completed, or simply to rest your bar on.
The multi-grip pull-up bar at the top of the rack allows you to add more variety to your workout, with 6 ergonomically positioned handles for different variations of pull-ups or chin-ups. Band peg holes positioned along the top and bottom of the rack also enable users to add additional resistance to their workouts.
The BD-41 also offers storage solutions, with 2 storage pegs on each side of the rear of the unit to easily store weight plates, keeping your home gym clean and organized. For users who need more than just a heavy-duty Power Rack, the BD-41 has bundle options available to add a Cable Crossover Attachment, a Lat Pull Attachment, or both, transforming it into a full, commercial gym-style machine.
