The Spring Clips are heavy-duty weight clips with a solid steel construction that provides a tight, firm grip on the barbell to secure Olympic weights in place without scratching or damaging the bar. These clips are an important piece of weightlifting equipment, ensuring plate weights won't slide off the barbell while working out.
The Locking Olympic Collars, made from 12-gauge steel, are designed for maximum strength and durability, allowing users to have full confidence when attempting personal records (PR's). These collars feature a T-screw to secure the weight/plates to the barbell, and are much safer than using spring clips or plastic muscle clamps.
The Lifting Chains, which weigh 26.5 lb each (collar included) for a combined weight of 53 lb, are designed to increase the intensity of workouts. When used with the barbell, the chains increase concentric resistance of dynamic lifts such as squats, bench press, and deadlifts, and decrease the resistance when lowered.
