Constructed with a 2" x 2" steel frame and high-density, dual-layered pad measuring 44" x 9.5" x 2", the HEAVY DUTY design ensures strength and durability throughout the frame. The U-shaped base provides stability, while the ankle pads offer safety during ab crunch function.
The CONVERGING ARMS feature independent operation, allowing users to place variable weight levels on each arm if needed or to strengthen one side at a time. The arms converge to the middle to effectively target chest muscles, with 1" plate pegs for weight placement.
The ADJUSTABLE design includes a safety catch with a protective rubber strip and 9 adjustment positions for an 8" range, adjusted with a locking pin for safety. The ankle pads can be adjusted between 2 different positions, adding to the versatility of the bench.
Offering VERSATILITY, the bench can be used as a flat bench press, incline bench press, or ab crunch board. The folding base allows for the incline bench press and ab crunches, while the ankle padding beneath the head of the bench supports knees and ankles and enables the ab crunch function.
